Balasar is living a month dedicated to the mission with various activities and celebrations that began on May 12 until June 10. This “Holy Mission” aims to encourage the faith of Christians in a deep time of prayer and reflection.

On the 26^th of May, the Community New Song will conduct an afternoon of praise at the Sanctuary Alexandrina of Balasar.

The theme for this afternoon of praise is “Eucharist: redemptive suffering”. This theme is related to the message of Blessed Alexandrina and Eucharistic life of reparation which resembled Jesus.

Yesterday Balasar lived a great day on the occasion of the 9^th anniversary of the beatification of Alexandrina Maria da Costa. According to the counting, it is estimated that over 5 million people came to Balasar.
